Refund and Return policy

At Temple of the Universe we strive to ensure customer satisfaction and confidence in our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know why and what we could improve. We are continually seeking ways to enhance our products and provide a seamless and transparent purchasing experience.

We are here to assist you with a refund and return. 

 

Refund and return timeframe

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase .  

What products can be returned? 

To qualify for a refund, products must be in their original packaging, unopened, unused and in the same condition as received. Opened and used products will not qualify for a refund unless there is a manufacturing fault or a packaging error such as a damaged seal, a damaged product or the wrong product received.

A relabelling fee will be added if we receive damaged products on return.

 

How to process your refund and return?

To return a product(s), please email trentintotu@outlook.com and request a return with the following information:

  • Reason for return

  • Order/invoice number (example: order number #12345)

  • Full name (example: Jon Don)

  • Attach a picture or video if the products arrived broken or incorrect.

Return shipping costs 

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect. The original shipping fees are

non-refundable and the cost incurred on your return shipment is at your expense. We can provide a prepaid return label and deduct the cost from your refund or you can arrange the return yourself.  

However, the cost of shipping exchanged items back to you will be covered by Temple of the Universe.

Refund timeframe

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 days after we receive your return.​

 

How you handle exchanges.

Exchanges are only available for damaged or incorrect items. Please contact us within 30 days from date of purchase.

Non-returnable products.

Any products purchased on sale or from other retailers will not be eligible for a refund. If purchased from other retailers, you will be subject to their refund and return policy.
