About The Event

Cacao is known as the ultimate heart-opening medicine. It brings us to a space where we are fully embodied and enlivened in the emotional and spiritual realm. Incorporating this exceptional tool with therapeutic modalities, somatic practices, ritual and movement allows us to process deep work in a heightened yet fully present state, which allows for exceptional real-time integration.

In this ceremony, we will focus on the themes of Movement Medicine. We work with the duality of silence and sharing, ritual release and purgative practices as we acknowledge the internal or external aspects that have come to pass. We will then move into a celebratory Movement as we awaken our spirits and shake off that we no longer serves us, shedding old skins and dancing to our new found rhythms.

Alexa Daniela has amalgamated a decade of pragmatism and professional experience as an ICF Recovery Coach, Employee Wellness Manager, Addiction and Intervention Specialist, Culture Liaison and Constellations / Psychodrama Practitioner with a profound Spirit Calling, including initiations into Red Tent, Yoga, Herbalism and Plant Medicine. She is currently studying her BPsych through SACAP.

Paralleled with her passion for Play and her delight-in-life, there is a Silly Side that she combines with the Sacred wisdom and Sound theoretical backing - believing unwaiveringly that Joy is The Medicine and we are the Changemakers we seek.
